Bio
Dr. Kimberly Goodwin is currently the Director of the School of Finance, the Parham Bridges Chair of Real Estate, and a Full Professor of Finance at the University of 51¶ºÄÌ Mississippi. She holds a B.S. in Geophysics from the University of Delaware, a M.B.A. from the University of 51¶ºÄÌ Mississippi, a M.S. in Finance from the George Washington University, and a Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Alabama.
Dr. Goodwin currently serves as the President and Publications Director for the American Real Estate Society. She is an editor of the Journal of Housing Research and known around the world for her research on housing markets. Dr. Goodwin was recently awarded the 2021 Kinnard Young Scholar award from the American Real Estate Society, the 2021 Best Paper Award from the Journal of Real Estate Portfolio Management, and the 2022 Louis K. Brandt Publication Award from the College of Business and Economic Development.
