Tiffany Ridgeway, PhD currently holds the position of Assistant Teaching Professor at the University of 51¶ºÄÌ Mississippi with a career spanning more than 20 years in the field of education. She has served as a teacher, guidance counselor, and principal in k-12 public schools. Dr. Ridgeway finds fulfillment in assisting aspiring educators in acquiring valuable professional perspectives and hands-on teaching experience
