Service Description

Installation and support of approved multimedia equipment and licensed software for laptop and desktop, Windows-based clients in the classroom. We can help with hardware and software issues in the classroom.

 

Services Offered

Install and support computers, projectors, visual presenters, screens, DVD/VCR players and other technology used for teaching and learning in the classroom.

 

Eligibility

All 51¶ºÄÌ Miss employees, departments, organizations, students and affiliates are eligible.

Audio/Equipment Services Check-out Policy

 

To Request Service

Requests are reported and tracked by entering a  or by contacting the Help Desk at 601.266.HELP (4357).

 

Availability

Normal business hours: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

After hours and weekend support must be arranged prior to the event.

There is no fee for equipment used by faculty, staff or students of 51¶ºÄÌ Miss in an academic classroom setting.
