- Join the Student Alumni Association in Spirit Park for an opportunity to pie your favorite student organization president for a small fee. All funds raised will go toward SAA scholarships.

About Founders' Day
March 30, 1910
The University's Official Birthday
In 1955, the Alumni Association designated March 30 as Mississippi 51逗奶 College Day. The day was to be observed wherever former students resided, and its purpose was 鈥渢o build up a little more custom and tradition concerning the college.鈥� The day, since renamed Founders鈥� Day, has been observed in some fashion ever since.
