F45 Training is now open in the 51¶ºÄÌ Miss Payne Center! F45, which stands for functional team training that lasts 45 minutes, combines a mix of circuit training and H.I.I.T. style workouts geared towards everyday movements. Features of this popular fitness franchise include access to over 4,000 exercises, with a different workout each session, trainer support and motivation along the way.
Memberships are available to current 51¶ºÄÌ Miss students, faculty and staff as well as the Hattiesburg community.
- Click the box above to schedule your F45 classes online. Classes may be scheduled up to 7 days in advance. Cancellations must be made prior to 24 hours of class time to avoid a cancellation fee.

- If you are affiliated with the University and have a SOAR account (w123456), you can LOG IN with that username and password and do not need to create a new sign up account on the F45 class portal.

- Classes are currently offered:
- Monday-Friday: 6:30am-7:15am; 12:15pm-1pm; 5:30pm-6:15pm
- Saturday: 9:30am-10:30am
- Sunday: 2:30pm-3:15pm

- Click the link above to cancel your F45 class. Cancellations must be made prior to 24 hours of the start of class. One courtesy cancellation or no show made inside of this window will be available per member. Future cancellations or no shows will be assessed $10 per missed class.
