Electronic Submission Process
Academic Year 2024-2025
The promotion, tenure, and pre-tenure review document submission process has transitioned to an electronic process. The entire dossier will be submitted and reviewed electronically, using Faculty Success Workflow.
Unless a school requires an earlier submission date, the deadline for ALL promotion (all ranks/tracks) and/or tenure submissions into Workflow will be August 30, 2024.
For candidates under review for promotion to Professor (or whose school requires external reviewers for tenure), be prepared to submit your materials during the summer to allow adequate time for the external review process. More information may be found in the dossier preparation instructions. All external review materials will be due by July 31, 2024.
Unless a school requires an earlier submission date, the deadline for Pre-Tenure faculty submissions into Workflow is in mid-January 2025.
NOTE: ALL INFORMATION AND SUPPORTING MATERIAL will be submitted via Watermark Faculty Success (formerly Digital Measures) WORKFLOW.
